Waggoner Engineering announced the promotion of three staff members.
Carol Jackson, PE, PLS, ENV SP, has been named Watershed & Stormwater Technical Manager. Carol joined Waggoner in 2018 as a Senior Project Engineer, bringing over 27 years of experience in providing design and consulting services to private, institutional, and governmental clientele.
Amir Atapour, CFM, has been promoted to Graduate Engineer. He joined Waggoner in 2020 with nearly a decade of civil engineering and GIS experience, including climatology, demography and hydrology, cartography, and database management. Before joining Waggoner, he was a research assistant at Jackson State University.
Angie Walker has been promoted to Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. She joined Waggoner in 2022 and has over 20 years of experience as a recruiter and business development manager in full-cycle recruiting, lead generation, client development, and customer and employee retention.
