JACKSON, Miss. – Waggoner Engineering announced the promotion of six staff members. The move is part of Waggoner’s strategic plan to grow the firm and streamline its services across our existing regional footprint.
Hunter Arnold, PE – Senior Vice President, Water – Hunter has over 35 years of extensive experience managing, planning, designing, and constructing civil engineering infrastructure programs, with 34 years in consulting engineering business. His broad experience has equipped him to serve in a role focused on communications with the client throughout the various phases of the project.
Zach Adams, EDFP – Vice President, Central MS – Zach joined Waggoner in 2007. He shares responsibility for several major planning projects. Zach is a registered Economic Development Finance Professional with over a decade of experience in compliance with CDBG requirements, economic development site certification, and financial capability studies.
Matthew Klein, DSL, JD – Vice President, Florida – Matthew joined Waggoner in 2022. He is an innovative and strategic leader with experience in both the public and private sectors of the water/wastewater arena. He provides decades of experience, solutions, and thought leadership.
Zoffee Dahmash, PE, BCEE – Vice President, Gulf Region Watershed & Coastal – Zoffee joined Waggoner in 2017. He is an achievement-oriented Engineering Manager with over 30 years of project and leadership experience supporting watershed-based planning and developing and managing multiple environmental/civil projects and programs.
David Burton, PMP, PWAM – Area Manager, Alabama – David joined Waggoner in 2020 and has over 14 years of experience in engineering studies, construction, inspection, surveying, condition assessment, and project management, emphasizing water and wastewater collection, conveyance, and distribution.
Tracy Osborn, SHRM-SCP, SPHR – Human Resources Director – Tracy joined Waggoner in 2018 and is an experienced human resource professional with a demonstrated history of working in the engineering consulting, computer software, healthcare, and retail industries.
