Brooks Avenue Bike Path
Pelahatchie, MS
With an influx of campers to nearby Jellystone Park, the Town of Pelahatchie had a real opportunity to attract these visitors to discover and patronize the reviving downtown.
Waggoner designed a campground-to-town bike path along Brooks Avenue that invites these guests to downtown Pelahatchie. The approximate length of the bike path is 1.46 miles.
Lake Harbour Drive Extension
Ridgeland, MS
Waggoner provided the full range of consultant services for Lake Harbour Drive Extension. This critical east-west corridor is a four-lane, divided roadway with a parallel multi-use trail. The trail is paved and provides bike and pedestrian access over Interstate 55. The project provided vehicles, bikes, and pedestrians with a shorter, safer route with lower speeds and better accessibility to locations previously served by narrow, two-lane roads.

West Jackson Street Bike Trail
Ridgeland, MS

Project improvements include approximately 1,100 linear feet of a bike trail, including the associated grading and drainage, design, and coordination of utility relocations, paving, and landscaping.
