JACKSON, Miss. – Waggoner Engineering, a full-service economic development, planning, program management, and engineering firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Alyssa Crisler to Talent Manager.
In the role, Crisler will work to develop talent management strategies that align with Waggoner’s business goals and objectives. She will coordinate human resources across the team and collaborate with other human resources professionals regarding the administration of Waggoner’s employee benefits program.
She joined Waggoner as a senior human resources specialist in December 2022. Before joining Waggoner, Crisler was the human resources manager with YoungWilliams, supporting a group of 400 employees across Mississippi.
