BATON ROUGE, La. – Waggoner Engineering, a civil engineering and professional consulting firm dedicated to helping communities reach their full potential, has named David Einsel, PE as Engineering Manager – Water/Wastewater. He will be based in the firm’s Baton Rouge – Glenstone Place office.

In the role, Einsel will lead a team of engineers focused on water and wastewater projects, overseeing project delivery, developing team talent, ensuring design quality, and supporting business development through new opportunities.

Einsel brings 27 years of water and wastewater engineering experience, including over 12 years in senior management. He has led the design and management of major water and sewer projects across Louisiana. His long-standing client relationships and commitment to quality have contributed to securing over $5.4 million in engineering contracts in the past three years.

“David’s leadership and expertise will be a great asset to Waggoner,” said Jonathan Charbonnet, Vice President. “By managing key water and wastewater projects and growing our engineering talent, he will ensure we continue delivering top-quality results to our clients and their communities.”

Einsel earned a master’s degree in civil engineering from Louisiana State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer (Civil & Environmental) in Louisiana.
