JACKSON, Miss. – Waggoner Engineering, a civil engineering and professional consulting firm dedicated to helping communities reach their full potential, is pleased to announce that Lavaskie Clark has been promoted to GIS Analyst/Developer.

This elevated role brings greater attention to Clark’s work in GIS application development and commends his contributions in geospatial analysis, data management and technical support.

Since joining Waggoner in 2021 as a GIS Analyst, Clark has collaborated with a core team to manage geospatial data and applications for environmental projects, particularly those focused on watershed management and stormwater initiatives. His work supports the development of data-driven solutions that promote sustainable planning and infrastructure.

Clark earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Jackson State University.
