JACKSON, Miss. – Waggoner Engineering is proud to announce that Garrett Clarke, Project Manager, has been appointed to the Madison County Young Professionals (MCYP) Steering Committee.
Part of the Madison County Business League & Foundation (MCBL&F), MCYP empowers professionals aged 39 and under to build relationships, serve the community and engage with business, political and civic leaders across Madison County. The Steering Committee is responsible for planning events and initiatives for more than 250 young professionals whose employers are members of the MCBL&F.
Clarke’s journey with Waggoner began as a summer intern in 2021, where he gained hands-on experience as a project inspector, laying the groundwork for the impactful work he does today. After joining the firm full-time in 2023, he quickly advanced from Assistant Project Manager to Project Manager. Clarke now leads projects that span broadband deployment, economic development and civil infrastructure across Central Mississippi.

Clarke graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
