Phillips joined Waggoner’s Birmingham, Alabama office five years ago and has held several leadership positions focused on water resources, utilities, industrial solutions, and operational excellence. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Operations, and he has also served as Interim President of the firm over the past several months.
Throughout his 40-year career, a defining thread has been the ability to balance technical expertise and client priorities with a deep commitment to integrated solutions that result in thriving communities.
As President and CEO, Phillips will work alongside a strong leadership suite to guide Waggoner’s strategic direction, shaping the firm’s growth and culture while strengthening its impact.
