JACKSON, Miss. – Waggoner Engineering is pleased to announce two promotions. David Burton, PMP, PWAM was promoted to Vice President and Chris Phillips, JD to Project Manager. Both Burton and Phillips work in the Birmingham, Alabama office.
David Burton, PMP, PWAM – Vice President
David Burton, PMP, PWAM has been promoted to Vice President at Waggoner Engineering. David joined Waggoner in 2020 with extensive experience in engineering studies, construction, inspection, surveying, condition assessment and project management, emphasizing water and wastewater collection, conveyance, and distribution. David was promoted to Area Manager of Alabama in October 2022 and has led Waggoner’s Birmingham, Alabama office since then.
Chris Phillips, JD – Project Manager
Chris Phillips, JD has been promoted to Project Manager at Waggoner Engineering. Chris joined Waggoner’s Birmingham, Alabama office in February 2022 as a Business Analyst and moved into a Technical Manager role in September 2022. Before joining Waggoner, Chris worked as a business analyst and consultant for public and private organizations.
