JACKSON, Miss. – Waggoner Engineering, a full-service economic development, planning, program management, and engineering firm, is pleased to announce that Paul Foley, PE has been hired as Director of Transportation and Field Support Services.

In his role, Foley will work in the Jackson office and provide direction for the transportation, construction and surveying disciplines.

Foley has over 16 years of project management and professional engineering experience, specializing in roadway design, hydrology and hydraulics, water resources, surface transportation, and public works.

Before joining Waggoner, Foley worked with Fenstermaker. He previously spent nine years with Michael Baker International and three years at EJES, Inc, where he served as Vice President/Principal Engineer and Office Manager of the firm’s New Orleans office. At each firm, Foley worked on a wide array of projects, providing experience that adds to the breadth of his expertise.

Foley is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Mississippi and Louisiana and is certified in Stormwater Management and the Mississippi Department of Transportation Local Public Agency Process. He also holds a Project Manager certification which is recognized by the Project Management Institute.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Mississippi State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science with an emphasis in Water Resources.
