JACKSON, Miss. – Waggoner Engineering, a civil engineering and professional consulting firm dedicated to helping communities reach their full potential, proudly announces the promotion of Montana Dodd to Proposal Specialist.
In this advanced role, Dodd will assume greater responsibility for managing, creating, editing and coordinating the development of proposals and qualification packages. Her expertise will continue to be instrumental in securing impactful work as Waggoner expands its presence across the Southeast and beyond.
Dodd joined Waggoner in 2022 with experience in print and digital content creation. She has played a key role in scaling proposal systems to align with Waggoner’s expanding geographic reach and growing staff and has consistently delivered high-quality submissions for significant opportunities.
