
BATON ROUGE, La. – Waggoner Engineering, a civil engineering and professional consulting firm dedicated to helping communities reach their full potential, proudly announces the promotion of Joshua Olivier, PE to Project Manager.
Olivier has been with Waggoner for seven years as a project engineer on the bridge and structural design team. In his new role, he will oversee transportation-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget to maximize client benefits.
Beyond his technical contributions to dozens of projects, Olivier has played a key management role in construction support for bridges on Pecue Lane in Baton Rouge and Ambassador Caffery in Lafayette. He also manages projects for sidewalk improvements through the MOVEBR Program, assisting with site assessments, scope development, and consultant coordination for ADA compliance.

A licensed Professional Engineer in Louisiana and Mississippi, Olivier earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Louisiana State University with a minor in structural engineering.
