MERIDIAN, Miss. – Asishana “Shana” Ajayi, an Industrial Engineering Analyst at Waggoner, has been selected for the Reveille 25 Class of 2025. This annual program at Mississippi State University (MSU) honors 25 high-achieving young alumni who inspire positive change in their communities and professions.
Ajayi joined Waggoner in August 2024 as an Industrial Engineering Analyst and has made significant contributions to sustainable infrastructure improvements in Meridian, Mississippi. Waggoner’s efforts in Meridian aim to enhance the water and wastewater facilities to meet regulatory requirements while also developing a system that the Public Works Department staff can operate efficiently and effectively.
He holds multiple degrees from MSU, including a Bachelor of Science in aerospace engineering (2021), a Master of Business Administration in project management (2024), and a Master of Science in industrial and systems engineering with a focus on management systems (2024). He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in industrial and systems engineering at MSU.
