JACKSON, Miss. – Waggoner Engineering, a leading civil engineering and professional consulting firm, is pleased to welcome Cal Joy, PE, as Transportation Discipline Manager.
In this role, Joy will support the firm’s transportation practice, contributing to project delivery and technical excellence across transportation infrastructure projects.
Joy brings more than a decade of transportation experience, including roadway, safety, multimodal, and environmental work. He is a proven manager who takes ownership of both delivery and financial performance, with a strong understanding of transportation clients at the state, municipal, and federal levels. He has also invested in client development and long-term relationship building.
He has led complex transportation initiatives with respected regional and national firms, delivering projects for state transportation agencies, regional planning organizations, and municipal governments across the Southeast. His work has spanned multiple roles, including project management, business development, and technical oversight, positioning him as a well-rounded leader and mentor.
