BOSSIER CITY, La. – Waggoner Engineering, a leading civil engineering and professional consulting firm, announces the promotion of Todd Thompson to Area Manager of North Louisiana.
In this expanded leadership role, Thompson will guide Waggoner professionals across the region, strengthening project delivery, operational alignment, and sustainable growth. He will also continue serving as Director of Utility Operations for Bossier City, overseeing the professional team responsible for the daily operation and performance of critical utility systems.
Since joining Waggoner in 2017 as a construction manager, Thompson has steadily advanced into leadership roles of increasing responsibility, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence, team development, and client service.
With more than a decade of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure, Thompson has built a career focused on delivering reliable, efficient utility systems that support resilient communities. His work includes oversight of municipal operations and capital improvements programs, helping clients maintain compliance while enhancing performance and long-term service delivery. He has also led multidisciplinary teams through complex infrastructure projects across the region.
