Project Scope
Waggoner developed a comprehensive stormwater assessment and a Five-Year Action Plan to address drainage and dredging infrastructure priorities. The Plan defined a unified, strategic short and long-term approach, established a prioritized project implementation schedule, and created an iterative process that is transparent, adaptable to stakeholders and can be renewed annually. The Plan provides a rolling five-year capital spending program that allows the County to budget annually to address prioritized needs.
