Industrial Water and Wastewater Operational Support
Water & Wastewater, Operations & Maintenance
Mississippi
Waggoner was engaged by a confidential industrial client to provide comprehensive water and wastewater operational support for its manufacturing facility. This work involved several key areas, including an initial evaluation, on-site assessment, and operational support.
Waggoner conducted an Efficiency & Effectiveness (E&E) study to examine the facility’s water, wastewater, and stormwater systems. This independent analysis identified areas for optimization while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. The team collected data from various stakeholders, carried out a thorough evaluation, and delivered a detailed report with recommendations for enhancing systemwide performance.

The facility faced recurring wastewater system issues that jeopardized its environmental compliance. Drawing on findings from the E&E study, Waggoner stepped in to determine underlying causes through an on-site assessment. Areas requiring immediate intervention were addressed through targeted operational adjustments and infrastructure upgrades. Waggoner’s team monitored the system and made ongoing refinements to ensure environmental compliance and peak system performance.
Through expert analysis, swift response, and continuous on-site support, Waggoner helped the client resolve complex wastewater challenges, ensuring both environmental compliance and operational efficiency of the facility.

24/7
Around-the-clock staff provided for over one year
Ongoing Operational Oversight
To maintain stable production and regulatory compliance, Waggoner was asked to provide a dedicated operations team to equip and support existing manufacturing facility staff in regaining compliance for wastewater discharges. For over a year, Waggoner staff provided on-site wastewater management 24 hours a day, seven days a week. As the facility regained its regulatory compliance, Waggoner’s staffing was scaled back to a single-shift, five-day-per-week model, with ongoing operational oversight that continues today.
