BOSSIER CITY, La. – Manchac Consulting Group (a Waggoner company) is excited to welcome David Judice, PE as a Senior Project Manager in the firm’s Bossier City, Louisiana office.
Judice has over 35 years of civil engineering experience, including an impressive history of project management and delivery for complex initiatives.
Most recently, he has managed municipal water and sewer projects in Louisiana, coordinating end-to-end project delivery and assisting in the design and construction phases of infrastructure initiatives such as sewer lift stations, water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants and gravity sewer mains.
Judice spent 14 years as a transportation engineer for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), leading design teams in the development of plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E) for multi-million-dollar projects while ensuring on-time and on-schedule project delivery. He also functioned as construction project manager, providing oversight and ensuring compliance with specifications.
He has vast industrial water treatment experience through technical engineering support, consulting, sales and area management.
Judice is a licensed Professional Engineer in Louisiana and Texas. He earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
