GREENVILLE, Miss. – Waggoner Engineering, a civil engineering and professional consulting firm dedicated to helping communities reach their full potential, has promoted Clifton Eaton, Jr. to WWTP Maintenance Manager.

Since joining Waggoner in August 2023, Eaton has served as a Maintenance Technician/Assistant Operator at the Greenville, Mississippi Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). With this promotion, he will oversee maintenance activities and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring the continued efficiency and reliability of operations.
