The Lake Charles Harbor and Terminal District retained Waggoner to provide engineering design, construction management and resident inspection services for the rehabilitation of the existing gravity sewer network at the District’s City Docks site and construction of a new duplex lift station with roughly 1,000 linear feet of new 6-inch forcemain.

Project Scope
The extent of the required rehabilitation was as follows:
- Pipe bursting of roughly 3,200 linear feet of existing 8-inch gravity sewer
- Open cut installation of roughly 400 linear feet of new 8-inch gravity sewer
- Open cut installation of roughly 850 linear feet of new 10-inch gravity sewer
- Jack-and-bore installation of roughly 200 linear feet of new 10-inch gravity sewer
